All of our staff are fully trained in all aspects of their roles including customer service and customer expectation delivery. They are trained to connect positively with guests and appreciate that these connections are the most important aspect of their roles.
Is a smile more important than a clean room? Is a warm greeting in a hotel corridor more important than a neat and tidy bed? The answers are obviously “NO” to these questions but we do believe these interactions are equally important. Of course our maids are trained to clean rooms to very high standards and we go the extra mile to allow them to feel they are an important part of their hotel team. They are an integral part of the success of their hotels and know that smiles and hellos really do matter.
